As the Chairman, he leads with passion, integrity, and a deep commitment to the game. With years of experience on and off the field, he champions the growth and development of referees, fostering a culture of excellence, respect, and teamwork that upholds the proud traditions of Western Province rugby.
With extensive experience in rugby officiating, he has served the rugby society in various capacities. His leadership is grounded in practical knowledge, strategic vision, and a commitment to nurturing future referees while ensuring the highest standards of the game are maintained.

Ashley MacKay
Aside from deputizing for the Chairman, our very capable Vice-Chairman plays an active role in supporting the leadership and smooth running of the society. He takes the chair at meetings and represents the society at events or official functions when the Chairman is unavailable, ensuring continuity and consistency.
